Pat-Pat Rocket is in the House

Pat-Pat Rocket is in the house!! Whoop-Whoop!! Hayden is potty trained!!

I'm so happy to type those words. He's been doing excellent the past few weeks. No accidents and will stop playing to run past me saying "gotta go mommy...go pee".

We told him when he began to use the potty and wears no diapers he could have a big boy toy and this is what he wanted.

He loves his new toy and even wanted to sleep with it. He's played with it all day today. Congratulations Hayden!!

Sick

What a weekend!! I've been sick and so has Hayden and Lily. Today I was able to survey the damage and was greeted with a mountain of laundry, no food in the house and messiness. I was not a happy girl!!

I'm feeling better but I'm exhausted tonight and ready to head to bed. Hopefully we'll all remain well and be doing better tommorrow.

Lily

Hi Mommy, I see you got your camera again. Ok...I'll give you a smile this morning. Love you!!

Ok...I gotta go. I like playing with my toys.

Look mommy...how about I put this in my mouth while I look at the camera?

What??? You don't want me to put anything in my mouth. But mommy, I have to...I'm a baby!!

How about I put one hand in my mouth and I'll hold my toy with the other one?

Yummy...my hand. I don't want the toy anymore.

How about both hands mommy?? See...I'm so cute!! Mommy?? Mommy?? Why are you rolling your eyes at me and laughing? I love you.

Little Hands and Fingers

I tried to take a picture of Lily smiling this morning. Nope, not happening. She's had her hands in her mouth all day. She sucks the "juice" out of one hand and then moves on to the other one.

She doesn't have a certain finger or hand...she just loves to have her hands in her mouth. She's figured out the past week that she has feet and I really think if she could put her foot in her mouth she would.

Will and Lily

I don't get to take pictures of Will very often as he's getting at the age where he doesn't like his photo to be taken. I usually end up with him making a face at me when I point the camera at him.

He was playing around with Lily and agreed to let me get the camera. Lily just adores Will. She smiles and wiggles her entire body in joy when he shows her attention.

Isn't he handsome?? He turned 12 years old the middle of June.





Hayden decided he wanted in the picture too and of course right where Lily was sitting. Lily wasn't too happy about it either.

I just thought I'd post some pictures from our trip up to Chicago. It seems I only got the camera out while we were at the house. I miss all of us being together...it was such a nice time.


Will, Hayden and Matt playing video games. Hayden had a broken controller and thought he was playing too but he wasn't. Soon he'll catch on to what the big boys are doing.
