Go away morning/noon/night sickness

I will be so glad when this stages passes. Yet again the morning/noon/night sickness ruined my day. I had planned to go have fun scrapbooking with my friends. Last night when I went to bed I felt pretty good. This morning was another story. I'll be 10 weeks on Monday based upon my official due date of 3/24 so this should be gone in another few weeks. They say once hit you hit the 2nd. trimester it gets better. I sure hope so.

Yuck!!!

Sad and Lonely

I don't know how women go for weeks on end with bedrest. It's so boring!! Plus being home alone makes a person sad. I keep thinking about how much work is probably hating me for not being there, how is this house going to hold another person, finding another house, can I really do this again, is the heat ever going to end, do we have enough money for one more...on and on. Sometimes being alone with your thoughts isn't a good thing. It also makes me sad that my parents haven't even called to check on me. Whenever one of them isn't feeling good I call to check on them. I guess they figure all is well and there's no need but it would be nice. Oh well....

So today, Hayden is home with me. We've watched Elmo and he's tickled my "piggies" numerous times. This is much better.

He's one funny little guy!! He can jump now. His feet actually leave the ground. We've been jumping everywhere and dancing this morning. I have noticed that he's afraid when he hears the airplanes fly over the house. He'll run to me and hide is face. He knows it's an airplane but he hides until he no longer hears the sound.

Well, he's now said he wants a "nack" aka...snack. It's 11:10 so I guess it's lunch time. He's gotta' get more energy for tickling and jumping.

Home

Well, I've been wrote off from work by my ob/gyn due to a pretty bad bleed that's next to the placenta. I thought for sure the worse had happened but they saw on the ultrasound a strong heartbeat and a growing baby. It already had it's arms and legs and was squirming around.

I'm still really sick and it can hit at anytime of the day or night. I'll be so glad when this passes. Hopefully just a few more weeks and then I'll be in the 2nd. trimester. I was sick this morning and it was so nice to be able to go back to bed instead of dragging myself back to my desk.

So....I'm home with direct orders to rest and get this bleed and morning sickness under control.

Yum-Yum

We all love pancakes here in the Jensen household and I woke up and had to have some. I made them and started feeling pretty sick so I watched my family devour it all while I had a few bites.

Sleepy Boy

Here's my little guy right after he got out of bed. He was still sleepy but holding his lillow, melmo and nunny. Which is blanket, Elmo and bunny.

News...news...and more news

Well, I've been a bad blogger again. I get to going good and then I get busy and forget. Here's what's new in our world. First big news is....I'm pregnant. Yep...pregnant. I really thought I wouldn't be uttering those words again but I am. I got to see the little heartbeat on Monday. I've been given the due dates of 3/19 and 3/24. Safe to say sometime middle of March a little Baby Jensen will be making their arrival. Now that the shock has worn off, I'm thrilled and excited!! Anders and Will are thrilled too and Will actually admitted that he'd like a little girl. I would love a girl, but I love my boys so much. I'm the top girl in this house to all boys and that's a good thing for sure. Just give me a healthy little baby and I'm satisfied.

Other big news....we got a new mini van. It's a 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan. I love it!! I thought I'd like a van and I was right, I do. We got an awesome deal on it that was too good to pass up.

Other news...(not so good). We had a water leak last week that after paying $700 to get fixed and an entire afternoon of your house filled with plumbers it's been resolved.

The new barn doors are up on the yard bard. Now they need to be painted and it will be done. I thought they would be ready the end of August but of course they were ready the day of the water leak and he came that day too. So an additional $270 spent that day also.

Last...one of our hamsters died Friday night. His name was Snickers. We had him almost two weeks and seemed fine but something must have been wrong. Poor little Snuggles lives with him and he looked so scared that he died. We buried him out back behind the yard bard. Will was sad and I was too. For his short life with us, he was a sweet little hamster. I'll miss him.

Like I said...whew, it's been a busy few weeks.
